1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the Qrew platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Qrew on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
Qrew provides a cloud-based time-tracking and workforce management platform. Features include QR-based clock-in/out, GPS geofencing, payroll reporting, penalty management, and compliance auditing.
3. Accounts & Plans
- Starter (free): up to 5 workers, 3 locations.
- Pro (€5/worker/month, or €50/worker/year): unlimited workers and locations.
- Lifetime (€499 paid once): the Pro feature set plus shift scheduling, for up to 10 workers on 3 locations. No renewal and no further charges. It is a limited founder offer: the number of licences and the deadline shown at checkout apply.
- Enterprise (€3/worker/month for 200+, or €30/worker/year): unlimited workers and locations, priority support.
- All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Pro-level limits.
4. Payment
All prices are in euros (EUR). Recurring plans are billed through Stripe on the monthly or yearly cycle selected at checkout; the Lifetime licence is a single one-time payment that never renews. You may cancel at any time; your account will revert to Starter at the end of the paid billing period (a Lifetime licence never reverts). No refunds for partial months.
Invoices are issued by Arcanode di Alessandro Pasqualetti under the Italian flat-rate regime (regime forfettario, Art. 1, commi da 54 a 89, L. 190/2014): no VAT (IVA) is charged, and amounts are not subject to Italian withholding tax (ritenuta d'acconto) pursuant to Art. 1, comma 59, L. 190/2014. A €2 stamp duty (marca da bollo) is applied to invoices exceeding €77.47 in a calendar year, pursuant to Art. 6, comma 1, DM 17/06/2014.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service.

6. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using the service, you consent to such processing.
7. Intellectual Property
Qrew and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arcanode di Alessandro Pasqualetti and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page or by contacting support.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with business customers (companies and professionals acting in the course of their business), the courts of Lucca, Italy — the place of the controller’s registered office — shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
This choice of forum does not derogate from the mandatory rules that protect consumers: for disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels Ia). Where a dispute may be brought before several competent courts, the claimant may choose which one seizes the case.
