1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the Qrew platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Qrew on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
Qrew provides a cloud-based time-tracking and workforce management platform. Features include QR-based clock-in/out, GPS geofencing, payroll reporting, penalty management, and compliance auditing.
3. Accounts & Plans
- Starter (free): up to 5 workers, 3 locations.
- Pro (€5/worker/month): unlimited workers and locations.
- Enterprise (€3/worker/month for 200+): unlimited workers and locations, priority support.
- All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Pro-level limits.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your account will revert to Starter at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Share or transfer your account credentials.
6. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using the service, you consent to such processing.
7. Intellectual Property
Qrew and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qrew S.r.l. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page or by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
